Sheep herd mentality is when people follow the beliefs and actions of the majority without thinking for themselves. This often happens in social situations, where individuals choose to go along with the crowd instead of making their own choices.
In sheep, their natural instincts make them likely to follow their flock. Whether they’re moving to new grass, crossing something, or reacting to danger, sheep usually copy what others do. This illustrates the mirror nature of the mind. If a community doesn’t recognize this mirror nature, it can harm the collective mindset.
The mind instinctively seeks to survive, by holding onto beliefs and biases. This makes it hard to accept different perspectives and adapt to change. For the collective mind to evolve, we need to understand its nature. Our awareness should grow so we can move beyond the mind. The mind is a complex topic that has fascinated people for ages. Our thoughts come from many sources, and knowing where they come from can help us understand how the mind works.
Most of the time either we are projecting our thoughts on others or dealing with others projections. If we are not aware enough, we can end up draining our own energy as well as energy of those we love.
Memory plays a vital role in shaping our thoughts.. Our past experiences, whether we remember them or not, influence how we see and understand new information. Memories can trigger emotions, affect our choices, and form the base of our thoughts and ideas.
Focus and concentration are vital for using the power of the mind. By directing our attention, we can improve our thinking skills and unleash our creativity. Alignment and entrainment refer to the synchronization of our thoughts, feelings, and actions, which can help us achieve a state of flow and increase our productivity and creativity.
Grounding through action highlights the need to turn our ideas into real steps. By taking concrete actions toward our goals, we align our thoughts and work to make them reality. When we lack awareness, we may pursue ideas that don’t align with our true selves, disrupting the natural flow that benefits everyone in the community.
The mind can act like an antenna, receiving telepathic thoughts from connected people, whether these thoughts are sent subconsciously or knowingly by those with strong psychic skills. It can also receive intuitive information, often called soul guidance or insights from higher intelligence.
By understanding the nature of mind, we get opportunity to direct its attention towards that which increases its purity and power. When we are able to do this effortlessly every time the mind tries to go astray due to circumstances presented by life, we step into Authentic Power. We become master of our lives and break cycles and patterns that no longer serve us.
However, the main challenge is to sustain this authentic power. And the answer lies in living a conscious spiritual lifestyle. By committing to regular practice of mental and spiritual strength enhancing exercises, energy hygiene and spiritual practice, we can stay in remembrance of who we are. Then we can effortlessly exercise our power of bringing mind in the alignment with the inner guidance.
When a member of community places a physical hand on our shoulders, we feel the weight. There is always individual energetic hands on the shoulder of every member of a community. If all the members live a spiritual lifestyle, these hands seem to be like made of Candy floss, weightless. If not, then heavy energy of each of our hands would bring down the overall energy of the collective hitting the inner strength of the community.
We should be a self-sufficient community, capable of producing and managing our own energy, similar to a township using solar power to sustain itself.
