And 90% of our happiness and peace also stems from our ability to focus consciously and hold attention for long time. By identifying the origins of our happiness and consciously directing our thoughts and emotions towards that which brings us joy, we enhance our chances of forging stronger connections with our source of happiness. As a result, we can bring forth more tranquility and serenity into our lives.
Over time, we also encounter additional sources of happiness. Gradually, the amount of time dedicated to addressing problems decreases, resulting in reduced pain and fewer challenges.

Incorporating a daily routine that emphasizes peace, happiness, and creativity can lead us to our natural state and, ultimately, improve our endurance and ability to face challenges.
