Mental Health

Mind fitness tends to be disregarded when it comes to overall well-being. There is a common belief that as long as our physical body remains free from ailments, we are healthy. Similarly, if we can independently navigate through daily life without relying on others for physical assistance, we are usually regarded as healthy by society.

However, the state of our minds has been consistently overlooked. Often, we fail to recognize when our mental faculties deteriorate, making it difficult to find clarity even in the simplest aspects of life. Consequently, we tend to shy away from challenges due to the fear of failure.
